• Banners must not link to illegal, adult, deceptive, or malware-infected content.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud, manipulation, or abuse.
• This service is provided as-is without guarantee or uptime commitment.
• You agree to only use this exchange for legitimate web promotion purposes.
